Before moving into individual research, we came together as a group to complete some user research, this was to ensure we were on the correct track and understand if there was any other issues or additions we could add to make it more useful.
I asked a various healthcare staff from different roles (physiotherapist, nurse, radiologist, head of communication) a series of questions, I covered a few job roles to get an understanding of the opinions across various job roles. I asked 7 questions, which fell inline with questions other members of the group asked.
This feedback has given me insight into the possibilities in this very complex sector for communication, the amount to consider is a lot higher than previous projects so will take longer in the development stage to refine these components to meet aspects that have come to light in this user research.
