Following on from the basic wireframes, I stayed on paper to finalise the structure before moving into the digital process. This step is important as in the longterm it will speed up the digital development stage due to having refinements made on paper first. I sketched out my plan for each section of the prototype so I understood the content layout, how it would look and how the user could move through the interface.

Pictured below is my two options for a main home page, the menu structure and the structure of the introduction section. Use of block quotes in the introduction section to provide visual breaks for the user.

Below is the structure for the cast of characters showing the flow through both sections and the use of illustration. Block quotes and illustration being used to provide visual breaks and develop the user's understanding of the content.

Below is the structure of the silver screen section, showing the use of illustration and the layout of film details and poster.

Below is the measuring mr holmes structure, with the use of animation to move through some of the content and the data visualisations planned out.

Finally, the baker street structure is below with the use of illustration and titles to provide visual breaks and develop the users understanding.
