To develop on from my wireframes, I decided to create a high resolution version on Figma to get a realistic idea of how it would look on a phone, iPad and desktop. For this I decided to add some basic prototyping so I could establish if each page flowed nicely to the next. This is very much a first draft of my website, and after this process I have already noted some refinements to be made in the future.

Critique

During this critique, it was suggested that I remove my work from the home screen,. Leaving only a call to action to my main work page, this would reduce repetition within my website. Also i need to add a home button and hire me button on the main navigation, along with removing the instagram link from the bottom of my website - leaving just an email address. Another addition was to add faded images of my work to the work section and case studies, along with altering the layout for these sections. Something on reflection that I could add would be an education section within my about me page and to do this in an easily understood way a timeline could be useful. When these changes are made, my website will be a lot more aesthetically pleasing and easy to understand.
