As a task for week 3, we were set work sheets to determine our customer profile and what they would be looking for within a a product and whether it was being offered. We also looked at how big the customer pool is and pricing for the product. Pricing the product at £10-15 means it can be marketed as the price of one hour of coaching and this price range fits with the market research I have done.

The deeper you think into the customer, the more you will understand their persona and then the better you will design for them.

Below is the final versions of my worksheets, I used post it notes so that answers could be easily changed. I created multiple versions before settling for the examples below.

I went on to create an Empathy Map to try and put myself in another coaches shoes to see what they need and what they are hesitant about.
